This three-day event is designed to give contractors the tools they need to achieve lasting success. On day one, participants will tour a Premier contractor's facility, gaining unprecedented access to observe a high-performing business in action. You'll have the opportunity to interview managers and team members, tour the facility, take photos, review materials, and ask questions. This immersive experience allows you to see firsthand how a successful contractor operates daily.
Days two and three are dedicated to developing your own solid business plan. Led by Service Nation Alliance staff, this workshop will guide you through the creation of a practical, usable business plan that can be monitored, evaluated, and adjusted. You'll work through the process of identifying your business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, ensuring your plan is both dynamic and actionable. Participants will also create a 90-day budget using a break-even budgeting tool and outline key sales, profit, and program goals for the upcoming quarter. The course also emphasizes the importance of ongoing evaluation and adjustment, giving you the framework to refine your plan on a monthly basis to meet your evolving business needs.

Class Cancellation Policy
On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.
One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
