Are you tired of guessing how to effectively communicate with your employees? Maybe you are frustrated because the way you communicate does not resonate with your employees.

This 2-day intensive workshop provides a comprehensive exploration of the DiSC Assessments. Specifically tailored to encourage self-understanding and improve interpersonal relationships, this workshop delves into the disciplines of DiSC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) assessments.

Aside from getting to grips with the 'What' and 'Why' of DiSC Assessment, you will also explore the scientific underpinnings of the three distinct assessments. Guided by certified DiSC trainers, this workshop comprises instructive presentations, interactive sessions, and group-centric activities designed to foster a concrete understanding of DiSC assessments.

By the end of the 2-day workshop, participants are expected to be proficient in leveraging DiSC principles to boost their individual potential and create better synergy within team environments.
