Why Boot Camp?

One of the most valuable programs available to Service Nation Alliance members is our 4-Day Business Boot Camp. It was created to help you get started with many of the Service Nation Alliance programs, and to introduce you to our Business Format. It's also a way to get to know our staff, and to meet other contractors and coaches who can help you continue to improve your business.

This 4-day class is designed for owners and managers, but can beneficial to anyone who attends. Everyone comes away overflowing with ideas and plans to improve their businesses, their lives, the culture of their company and the experience of their customers.

Learn the SNA Business Format:

At Boot Camp you'll be introduced to the Service Nation Alliance Business Format. It was developed by some of the top minds in the industry and enhanced with best practices from top companies around the world. There's nothing you're required to implement, but you'll learn our recommended systems and be provided with all the tools you need to implement changes quickly and with minimal headaches.

We don't force you to take part in any awkward or embarrassing exercises in front of the crowd, but we do provide you with several opportunities (in and out of the classroom) to meet and connect with all the like-minded business people who have gathered from around the continent and beyond!

What's better than coming to Boot Camp? Coming with some of your co-workers.

Feel free to bring anyone you think would benefit from this unique training.

Many of our members have attended Boot Camp 2 or 3 times. Each time they come they pick up something new and make more connections that can sometimes be more important than the training they receive. There's never a cost, no matter how many times you come or how many people you send.


What you need to bring:
  • It is always useful to bring a laptop or tablet with you to a training course
  • A catered lunch will be available for attendees for each day of the course. 
  • Dress is business casual. Jeans are ok. The training room can get cold so bring a sweater. Temperatures in Dallas can vary greatly by season, so be prepared.

Cancellation and No Show Policies: 

Service Nation Alliance and Premier Workshops/Tours

Service Nation Alliance members may attend standard Alliance training courses at no charge. Premier classes, however, have a cover fee for all participants, including members and non-members. If you are unable to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.

Retail Contractor Coalition, Service Roundtable, Associate, and Non-Members

If you have paid to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend for a 100% refund of your registration fee. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.


No Show

Service Nation Alliance

If you are registered for this event and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the total cost of the class.

Retail Contractor Coalition, Service Roundtable, Associate, and Non-Members

If you are registered for this event and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the total cost of the class.


To Cancel Attendance

To cancel attendance for any training event, call 469-293-8820 or send an email to sntraining@servicenation.com including the course title, start date, and the registrant's first and last name.


Online Course Registration Policy

Registration fees for online courses are non-refundable.


Class Cancellation Policy

On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be canceled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a canceled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (which can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and any funds paid will be refunded.
