With over 40 years in the HVAC industry, Jeremy Lowe has helped thousands of business owners and managers build profitable service departments. Starting as a technician, he worked his way up to managing a $14 million contracting firm, giving him firsthand insight into business growth and operational success.
For 25 years, Jeremy has trained contractors nationwide, led workshops at trade events, and published industry articles. He now presents Excellence in Action: A Quality Improvement Leadership Program, continuing the legacy of Callahan & Roachs renowned Quality College. As Sr. Director of Content and Training at Service Fusion, he develops training materials for employees and customers while overseeing the Callahan Roach flat rate pricing database.
An associate trainer at Service Nation, Jeremy combines real-world experience with decades of teaching to help contractors master pricing, service agreements, and business growth. He also hosts the Tips for the Trades podcast and creates video training content.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys traveling, photography, fishing, and advocating for mental health awareness.
