His work has ranged from developing sales processes to fostering leadership, reducing inventory levels, enhancing customer service representatives, service technicians, and installation personnel, and evolving corporate cultures to align with company goals. He has also mentored and coached some of the top salespeople, sales teams, and business owners within the trades, making a significant impact on their personal and professional lives. Chris currently serves as the Training Manager at Service Nation.
Tracie Harper is the Sales Manager at Daffan Cooling and Heating. She is a Certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker. With over 25 years in the sales profession, she has experienced firsthand the ups and downs of the commissioned salesperson and the challenges and triumphs of developing a winning team. Throughout her career, she has committed herself to breaking stereotypes and traditions in the field.
As a one-on-one sales coach, team trainer, or keynote speaker, she combines years of real-life lessons, practical applications, direct, honest communication, and a sense of humor to inspire others to find their path and grow to their potential.

This online workshop is designed to provide an engaging and interactive learning experience with a focus on practical applications and real-world examples. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the psychology of influence, the power of storytelling and emotional connection, and the importance of building trust and credibility through authentic persuasion.
By the end of this class, participants will understand the psychological principles behind effective sales techniques, learn how to apply persuasive strategies without manipulating their customers, and develop a persuasive mindset that builds trust and credibility.

Service Nation Alliance members may attend standard Alliance training courses at no charge. Premier classes, however, have a cover fee for all participants, including members and non-members. If you are unable to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.

If you have paid to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend for a 100% refund of your registration fee. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.

To cancel attendance for any training event, call 469-293-8820 or send an email to sntraining@servicenation.com including the course title, start date, and the registrant's first and last name.
Online Course Registration Policy
Registration fees for online courses are non-refundable.
Class Cancellation Policy
On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be canceled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.
One of the causes of a canceled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (which can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and any funds paid will be refunded.
