Chris Michel has successfully managed in a range of companies, from the small 5-person operations to hundreds of employees with multimillion-dollar organizations. His work has ranged from developing sales processes to fostering leadership, reducing inventory levels, enhancing customer service representatives, service technicians, and installation personnel, and evolving corporate cultures to align with company goals. He has also mentored and coached some of the top salespeople, sales teams, and business owners within the trades, making a significant impact on their personal and professional lives. Chris currently serves as the Training Director at Service Nation.


Jeremy Lowe

With over 40 years in the HVAC industry, Jeremy Lowe has helped thousands of business owners and managers build profitable service departments. Starting as a technician, he worked his way up to managing a $14 million contracting firm, giving him firsthand insight into business growth and operational success.

For 25 years, Jeremy has trained contractors nationwide, led workshops at trade events, and published industry articles. He now presents Excellence in Action: A Quality Improvement Leadership Program, continuing the legacy of Callahan & Roach's renowned Quality College. As the current Content and Training Manager at Service Nation, he develops training materials for employees and customers while overseeing the Callahan Roach flat rate pricing database.

An associate trainer at Service Nation, Jeremy combines real-world experience with decades of teaching to help contractors master pricing, service agreements, and business growth. He also hosts the Tips for the Trades podcast and creates video training content.


Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys traveling, photography, fishing, and advocating for mental health awareness.

Service Nation Alliance and Premier Workshops/Tours

Service Nation Alliance members may attend standard Alliance training courses at no charge. Premier classes, however, have a cover fee for all participants, including members and non-members. If you are unable to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.

Members & Non-Members

If you have paid to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend for a 100% refund of your registration fee. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.


No Show

Service Nation Alliance

If you are registered for this event and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the total cost of the class.

To Cancel Attendance

To cancel attendance for any training event, call 469-293-8820 or send an email to sntraining@servicenation.com including the course title, start date, and the registrant's first and last name.


Online Course Registration Policy

Registration fees for online courses are non-refundable.


Class Cancellation Policy

On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be canceled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a canceled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (which can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and any funds paid will be refunded.
