Having spent over 30 years in the industry and over 20 years owning a company that was acquired by Heartland Home Services successfully in 2021, there is not any one position in a company that I have not spent time learning, understanding, and improving. Basics of Process Management for Trades Companies

The training focuses on practical, real-world processes that reduce mistakes, callbacks, and frustration while improving communication between the office and the field. Participants learn how to identify their most critical workflows, document them simply, assign clear ownership, and improve them over time, without excessive paperwork or micromanagement. This class is ideal for owners, managers, and lead technicians who want scalable systems that protect quality, profitability, and customer experience as the company grows.

Service Nation Alliance members may attend standard Alliance training courses at no charge. Premier classes, however, have a cover fee for all participants, including members and non-members. If you are unable to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.

Members & Non-Members

If you have paid to attend a training course, please notify us at least 7 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend for a 100% refund of your registration fee. If notified less than 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the class.


No Show

If you are registered for this event and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the total cost of the class.

If you are registered for this event and do not attend, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the total cost of the class.

Online Course Registration Policy

Registration fees for online courses are non-refundable.


Class Cancellation Policy

On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be canceled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a canceled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (which can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified, and any funds paid will be refunded.
