Buford & Kim Martin
Buford and Kim Martin have spent over 35 years in the trades industry. After earning her accounting degree, Kim started working for a HVAC/Plumbing wholesale company as a bookkeeper and worked her way to Controller. Buford obtained his HVAC certificate at the young age of 19 and began working in the field for the largest HVAC company in their area. He later joined the wholesale world as an HVAC manager. After some soul searching, they decided to take their combined talents and open their own HVAC company. They ran the company together for 15 years with many trials and tribulations. During those years, they learned how to use financials, budgets, and KPIs to run their business. In 2021, they sold their company and began their coaching journey. They have a great passion to help contractors achieve their goals.
