Chris Michel has successfully managed in a range of companies, from the small 5-person operations to hundreds of employees with multimillion-dollar organizations. His work has ranged from developing sales processes to fostering leadership, reducing inventory levels, enhancing customer service representatives, service technicians, and installation personnel, and evolving corporate cultures to align with company goals. He has also mentored and coached some of the top salespeople, sales teams, and business owners within the trades, making a significant impact on their personal and professional lives. Chris currently serves as the Training Director at Service Nation.

Carol Longacre has dedicated over 30 years of her life to being a natural leader for the communities she serves and the professional organizations she has helped to grow. Carol has a unique background that includes leadership development, business development, strategic planning, relationship building, consultative selling, and networking. She has been with Service Nation in several roles over the last five years and currently serves as the Director of Affiliate Relations.
