Intelligent Digest

The utility of the Roundtables has made them extremely active and popular exchanges. For some members, they are too active. To reduce the volume of mail, the Service Roundtable custom programmed the “Intelligent Digest.” The Intelligent Digest contains all of the previous day’s posts, sorted by subject with a hyperlinked table of contents. Look for the topic interesting to you, click, and learn.

Starting in the summer of 2007, the Service Roundtable made digest mode the default for new members. When you join, you will automatically be subscribed to the Intelligent Digest. It’s easy to click on the icon and switch out of digest mode to receive Roundtable posts real time.
