He is one of the industry’s first million dollar salesmen and was the President of Future University, the industry’s first contractor owned premiere training organization. Joe was Honorary Chairman of the President’s Small Business Council under President George Bush.

He one of only 4 people, and the only Strategic Training Ally, to receive the coveted Contracting Business Consultant of the Year Award. Joe was also selected by the Penton Publishing Group as one of the “Most Influential People in the HVAC Industry”.
