Please Note: Students must attend the seminar on Oct 27th at 10:00AM before attending the exhibit hall from 11:00-Noon. Students planning on attending additional events must purchase a full conference registration.

Registration Policy
All conference attendees who register in advance pay one low rate of $149. A conference registration may not be shared by two (or more) individuals. All attendees who register in advance must pay the $149 price for admission to Service World regardless of the number of Service World events attended. On-site Registration is $199 for all Service World attendees.
Student tickets are valid only for the student seminar and the last hour of the trade show on Thursday. Student tickets are restricted to students attending a trade academy or institution of higher learning, who also attend the Student Seminar on Oct 27th at 10:00AM.
Additionally, Service Roundtable Members can register for the Service Roundtable Member Party on Thursday night and Meeting on Friday morning for only $99.
Service Nation Alliance members can register for Alliance Day on Tuesday for no cost (exlusively for Alliance members).
Social Tickets are available to Service Roundtable members and are valid ONLY for the Service World Expo Welcome Reception and the Service Roundtable Member Party. Social Tickets cost $199.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued at any time. Substitutions are welcome up to 30 days prior to the event. Requests for substitutions can be submitted to MemberExperience@ServiceNation.com before September 24th, 2016.
Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants. Please note the program is subject to change at any time. Service Nation and BNP Media will not be liable for any ancillary or related costs, including, but not limited to hotel and airline charges or cancellation fees due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
