About Ken Goodrich
Kenneth D. Goodrich, is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with over 26 years of experience in acquiring, integrating and developing HVAC, plumbing and contracting businesses. Skilled in developing high-performance leadership teams with a focus on growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction and accountability for performance. To date has assembled and managed teams that have installed over 250,000 air conditioning systems and have completed over million service calls.
Over the past 26 years Goodrich has built and sold seven HVAC & Plumbing companies to a national home service provider. In 2008, he was commissioned by American Residential Services (ARS) to re-engineer and grow eight of their existing businesses throughout the Southwest United States. After completing the eight business turn arounds, he served as the Western Zone President for ARS where he led 39 air conditioning and plumbing operations throughout western United States. His leadership and innovation drove growth and increased profitability during the time the entire country was experiencing the great recession.
Today, Goodrich focuses on acquiring underperforming businesses, rebuilding and then selling them in the home service sector. His holding company, US Peach, LLC, is a leading provider of innovative systems and services that deliver comfort, indoor air & water quality and intelligent efficiency for residential & commercial customers. The company creates value by acquiring established local brands, applying experienced management talent and implementing proven processes. Initially focused on companies in the Southwest, US Peach intends to expand nationally. Current operations are located in Arizona, Nevada and California, under the brands Goettl Air Conditioning, The Sunny Plumber, Walton’s Heating and Air Conditioning and The Prompt Plumber.
In 2009, in an effort to bring trained, skilled tradesman to the HVAC industry, Goodrich created an endowment for the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) to form the J. Duncan Goodrich Air Conditioning Technology Program, which was named after his father. In addition, he recently created an endowment at CSN know as the ‘Kenneth D. Goodrich CSN Post-9/11 Veteran HVAC Employment Program which provides graduating veterans the necessary diagnostic tools to begin their career in HVAC.
During his 26-year career, he has received numerous accolades from various organizations such as the Las Vegas Business Press, “Top 40 Under 40” business professionals, Business Professional of the Year by Success Group International, Nevada Entrepreneur of the Year by ‘In Business’ magazine and was awarded the ‘Legacy of Achievement’ Award from College of Southern Nevada. In 2014, Goodrich was named an ‘2014 Industry NewsMaker’ ACHR NEWS magazine for his efforts in rescuing a large Phoenix, AZ based company and saving 124 jobs.
Goodrich received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is serving on the board of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and is the President of the Southern Nevada Air Conditioning Refrigeration Service Contractors Association (SNARSCA), and a member of the PHCC. Additionally, Goodrich is a licensed General Contractor, HVAC contractor, Plumbing Contractor in Nevada, Arizona and California. member of numerous local and national trade organizations
