Leadership Pannel
2:00PM | Oct 27
In this rapid fire, boisterous, blunt, direct session, 5 women actively involved in a contracting business will answer your questions and present ideas and answers on a wide variety of topics. These women range from key managers to partners to the sole owner of either a heating and air conditioning or plumbing company with several involved in both trades. The topics are based on your questions, but will include managing employees, watching the numbers, creating a culture, creating a customer-centric company, training, marketing and any other topics that the audience brings. The five panelists are: Kathie Todd of Central Oregon Heating and Cooling, Alana Ward of Baggett Heating and Cooling, Jacki Bradbury of Bradbury Brothers, Angie Snow of Western Heating and Air Conditioning and Lisa Sitko of Sitko Plumbing and Drain Services. 3 of these women are recipients of the prestigious Woman Contractor of the Year award and all bring a vast amount of experience to managing and owning a business. Vicki LaPlant, a business coach for Service Nation Alliance and a business owner for 20 years, will moderate the panel.
